The
Natural Aurora & Aurora Mattresses
The Natural Aurora
Does your
partner move too much? This mattress uses a pocketed coil innerspring
that allows independent motion of each coil. There is less transfer of motion with this
type of innerspring and allows each individual coil to work independently to conform to
your different body shapes.
The center layer has the coils. (A full
size has 1054 coils using 17 gauge steel coils.) The coils are inter-tied
together: put in North to South and then they are
tufted together East to West to hold them together. This allows for an independent
motion of each coil so that they can adjust and conform individually
to different body shapes. The innersprings are then covered with 2"
of 100% natural latex on the top and bottom of the mattress. The natural latex provides softness while the innerspring gives
support to the body. Then, the Natural Aurora mattress is covered
with organic cotton and wool that is quilted into
an organic cotton mattress fabric.

when turning to wake up your loved one. Latex mattresses have the least
transfer of motion. The Aurora line has the least for a mattress with an
innerspring. |

The firmness of this bed is similar to a
foam and dacron bed. The
height of this mattress is 11"-12". Our other mattresses are 6"-9" high.

it is not
all natural. The latex is made of a blend of synthetic and natural latex. The
cotton is standard cotton. Also,

same coil system as an organic cotton and wool mattress. This foundation has
been designed specifically for the Aurora line of mattresses. The full size has 780
coils. Compare this to regular box springs which has 82 springs in a full
size, the coil on coil adds more luxurious comfort to the bed system.
