Shipping Details

All products are made to order, meaning they are created after they have been ordered. We generally do not keep an inventory of already produced goods in the warehouse. All orders are shipped out as soon as possible in the order that they are received. 

All mattresses and bedding are shipped from California. Furniture is shipped from Oregon. Shipping charges are for the continental US Shipments only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Foreign orders may be more.

Pillows, Bedding, Baby Mattresses, & Layered Beds:

We ship the above items by United Parcel Service most of the time. A shipping charge is added to the total of the order prior to shipment. Most orders take 3-10 working days to arrive after they have been shipped. This does not include the time it takes to manufacture the products. Shipping charts are for shipping within the US, shipping internationally is extra. This is paid at the time the merchandise is paid for. 

Maple Furniture

We have tried to make this as simple as possible. So we only charge an additional 10% shipping charge to most areas of the United States, other areas may be additional. The furniture is shipped by freight and UPS, depending on what the order contains and where it will be going. This is paid for at the time the merchandise is paid for. Larger items are shipped to the curb. UPS will deliver to the door.

Shipping Mattresses, Box Springs, and Sets:

The Customer is responsible for ANY additional charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. EcoPlanet does not have any control over when shipping companies change their rates but we do try to keep the shipping charges down to a minimum. For a shipping quote, please use the MATTRESS FREIGHT QUOTE FORM. Any shipping quotes can change 5-7%.

Frieght Prepaid: The customer pays for the shipping costs with the order.

Freight Collect: This is the most common way for our mattresses to be shipped. The customer pays for the actual shipping costs to the delivery company at the time the shipment is received. The items are shipped out and the delivery company will set up a time to deliver it to your home. They usually deliver it to the curb. No set up is available. It usually costs between $100-$550 (Non-US shipping may be more), depending on how far it will be shipped and how heavy and large the items are. Twin to King sized mattresses are shipped in wooden crates. Please read our Freight Policy to learn how to accept and/or decline the shipment.

Home delivery and set-up service is also available for the mattresses and sets only but it can cost a lot more to ship this way. With this service, they ship it and deliver it into your home. Then they set it up. We recommend this option only if you don't have any other options. Sales Tax. We are a Nevada based corporation, and many of our products are shipped out of California. Orders shipped to California must pay sales tax.
