Sleeping with Fibromyalgia

90% of people with Fibromyalgia have problems with sleeping. It is very important that people with Fibromyalgia have bedding that relieves the pressure points when sleeping. Many of our previous customers that have Fibromyalgia have told us that putting the 3" Pure Grow Wool Fill Mattress Topper on top of a mattress to be a good choice for people with Fibromyalgia. For mattresses, they recommend one of our 100% natural latex mattresses with organic cotton and pure grow wool quilted to the top. The topper can provide you with more comfort than the pads because of the difference in the thickness. Customers with Fibromyalgia have told us that they have been able to get several more hours of sleep than with their previous bed system by using our latex mattress with our wool topper.
